4th Plymouth: Scituate board sends $5M housing, $3.8M harbor park CPC articles to Oct. 19 meeting
Scituate's Select Board recommended two Community Preservation articles that rely on borrowing. Special Town Meeting takes them up October 19. The board backed a $5 million commitment to the Gates Apartments elderly housing project and $3,835,165 for construction of Pier 44 Park.
