2nd Plymouth: Middleborough delays Special Town Meeting to November amid late audit and budget gap
Middleborough's Special Town Meeting, originally set for Oct. 19, is being pushed back after interim Town Manager Robert Nunes told the Select Board and Finance Committee on Sept. 21 that the supplemental budget needs more work before voters can act on it.
