1st Plymouth: Select Board backs 392-unit friendly 40B on Carver Road with $2.5M mitigation
Select Board signs on to a 392-unit apartment project off Carver Road. The Plymouth Select Board voted 4-1 on Sept. 29 to approve a memorandum of agreement and a letter of support for a "friendly" Chapter 40B project at 120 Carver Road, South Shore News reported.
