10th Plymouth: Brockton council committee tables $1.6 million rubbish barrel appropriation
A $1.6 million rubbish barrel purchase was tabled, and the city says it is rethinking its approach. At its October 5 meeting, the Brockton City Council's Finance Committee took up an order to appropriate $1,600,000 for purchasing rubbish barrels.
