10th Plymouth: Brockton Finance Committee tables $1.6M rubbish barrel borrowing request
A $1.6 million order to buy rubbish barrels was tabled at the October 5 Finance Committee meeting. The order would have appropriated $1,600,000 for the barrels and authorized the city treasurer, with the mayor's approval, to borrow under Chapter 44 and issue bonds and notes.
